Role Summary
The QA, Risk & Compliance Manager under the Process Governance Tower is responsible for establishing, governing, and continuously enhancing the Quality Assurance, Risk Management, and Compliance framework across Finance Operations (P2P, O2C, R2R, FP&A, Tax & Statutory).
This role serves as the second line of defense within Finance Operations, ensures transaction integrity, SLA/KPI adherence, internal control effectiveness, regulatory and policy compliance, risk identification and mitigation and sustainable error reduction through structured governance, root cause analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
The position acts as the independent quality and risk oversight arm of Finance Operations and partners closely with Function Heads, Reporting & Analytics, Business Control, PMO, Finance Systems Administration, Internal Audit and Global Risk teams.
Duties And Responsibilities
QA, Risk & Compliance Governance Framework Design and standardize a unified QA, Risk & Compliance methodology across all Finance towers. Define sampling strategy, risk-based review models, and quality scoring standards. Develop and maintain a Finance Risk & Control Matrix (RCM) in alignment with global policies. Establish tolerance thresholds for material errors and compliance breaches. Lead QA calibration sessions to ensure consistency and objectivity.

Qualifications And Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 8-12 years’ experience in Finance Shared Services / Finance Operations.
