Role & seniority: Software QA Engineer; early-career to 1+ year experience or fresh graduate acceptable
Stack/tools: manual and automated test design; test case creation and maintenance; regression/integration/performance testing; bug tracking systems; Excel (formulas/macros a plus)
Design, execute, and automate tests across functional, regression, integration, and performance areas
Review requirements, designs, and code; develop detailed test cases and end-user scenarios

Bachelor’s or higher in finance, accounting, or related field
1+ year in finance or IT-related environment; strong understanding of international accounting principles

Collaborate closely with business analysts and developers in San Francisco to understand functional requirements of core accounting features. Review feature designs and develop detailed test cases, including comprehensive end-user scenarios. Design, execute, and maintain test cases (manual and automated) covering functional, regression, integration, and performance testing. Identify, document, track, and retest software defects using bug tracking systems. Participate in requirements reviews, design reviews, and code reviews. Conduct root cause analysis and provide actionable feedback to development teams. Work cross-functionally to ensure timely resolution of identified issues.Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, methodologies, and tools. What You Will Bring: Education • Bachelor or higher in finance, accounting or related major Experience • Fresh graduates or candidates with 1+ year of experience in finance or IT-related companies are welcome to apply. Technical Knowledge • Solid understanding of international accounting principles and financial concepts. • Knowledge of fixed income, derivatives, and key elements of financial statements. • Strong interest in financial software testing and a basic understanding of QA processes. • High attention to detail and numerical sensitivity. • Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with formulas or macros is a plus. Language: • Working proficiency in spoken English. • Ability to read and write technical emails, memos, and reports in English.
