In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing testing projects, performing systematic failure and root cause analysis for MV products, overseeing the full failure‑analysis workflow, ensuring accurate and structured reliability data management, preparing clear data‑driven reports, identifying improvement opportunities in product performance, and collaborating closely with R&D, Product Engineering, and PEQ teams to drive continuous quality and reliability enhancements.
Your role and responsibilities
Coordinate and manage testing activities and reliability test projects, ensuring accurate data collection and alignment across teams.
Conduct in-depth failure and root cause analysis for MV drives, PCBAs, and electronic components, following systematic and advanced RCA methods.
Oversee the full failure analysis workflow — from issue detection and investigation to corrective action definition, implementation, and verification.
Prepare clear, data-driven reports summarizing findings, risks, and recommendations for preventive and corrective measures.
Identify weak points in product design and reliability, proposing improvements to strengthen long‑term performance.
Collaborate closely with R&D, Product Engineering, PEQ, and other stakeholders to resolve issues, share results, and drive continuous improvement.
Support harmonization and continuous development of testing, analysis, and reliability processes.
Qualifications for the role
University degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or a related technical field.
Experience or strong interest in quality engineering, reliability engineering, testing, or failure analysis.
Strong analytical and structured problem‑solving skills with a practical, hands‑on mindset.
Good communication and teamwork abilities; organized and detail‑oriented working style.
Proficient spoken and written English; Estonian or Finnish beneficial.
Ability to understand product behavior, customer expectations, and system‑level impact of technical decisions.
