Job Title: Senior Staff Engineer, Test Development

Job Duties: Design, develop and implement automatic test equipment and test programs for design verification and production testing. This includes the design of electronic circuits and writing test software to accomplish full test automation. Develop, maintain, and support all production test procedures and equipment on site and in other locations abroad. Support test development and characterization of pSemi’s leading edge Boost, Buck, and Charge Pump products. Work closely with Design and Characterization Engineers during all phases of IC development and support all lab ATE test development activities. Work on probe and final test development for complex Power Management devices.

Required education: Bachelor of Science or equivalent in Electronic Engineering; or related.

Work Experience Requirements: 60 months of progressive work experience as a Senior Test Verification Engineer.

Additional minimum requirements: work experience to include at least 60 months of progressive work experience with each of the following

Test development for PMIC products, debug and measurement; Analog, digital circuits, testing concepts, Boost, Buck, Charge Pump circuit operation and testing principles; ATE Test Hardware, Software Development, C, C++; Statistical data analysis and techniques, schematic capture, PCB design for test fixtures; Lab test equipment including SMU’s, DMM’s, power supplies, Oscilloscopes.
