Plan, execute, and document integrated ground and flight test campaigns. Develop detailed test plans, procedures, test cards, and hazard/safety assessments. Conduct Test Readiness Reviews and Safety Review Boards to confirm operational readiness. Execute stability and control, performance, and subsystem-level tests (power, avionics, mechanical, electrical, etc.). Provide real-time assessments of test conduct and perform post-test pass/fail evaluations.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Process and analyze ground and flight test data to support requirement verification and compliance documentation. Generate post-test reports, summaries, and technical analysis packages for stakeholders. Collaborate with engineering teams to interpret results and recommend hardware, software, or procedural improvements.
Mission Planning & Operations
