Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 / year
Role & seniority: Automation Tester / QA Engineer, mid-senior level (5–7+ years hands-on)
Stack/tools: Robot Framework (keywords, libraries, custom keywords), Python, Selenium API, Database validation, API testing (preferably JMeter), Hybrid Data-Driven Page Object Model, Agile/Scrum, exposure to cloud-based testing platforms (Azure)
Define and implement automation strategy; identify and prioritize test cases for automation based on ROI
Design, develop, and maintain scalable Robot Framework test suites with Python; integrate libraries for end-to-end automation
Execute automated tests, analyze results, and generate detailed reports/metrics; communicate outcomes to stakeholders
Strong expertise in Robot Framework (keywords, libraries, custom keywords)
Python proficiency for custom keyword development
Hands-on API testing and database validation; experience with Selenium-based testing
Experience with Hybrid Data-Driven and Page Object Model frameworks
Agile methodologies (Scrum) experience; transformation project exposure
Cloud-based testing experience (Azure, etc.)
Experience with JMeter or similar API testing tools
Location: Central Time Zone (CT) preference; US-based

Automation Strategy Planning
Define and implement automation strategies using Robot Framework
Identify test cases suitable for automation and prioritize based on ROI
Framework Development
Design and maintain scalable reusable Robot Framework test suites using Python
Integrate libraries eg Selenium API Database for endtoend automation
Execution Reporting
Execute automated test scripts and analyze results
Generate detailed test reports and metrics for stakeholders
Prepare detailed automation reports and communicate results to stakeholders
Primary Skills
Strong expertise in Robot Framework keywords libraries custom keywords
Proficiency in Python for custom keyword development
Handson experience with API testing preferably Jmeter and Database validation
Experience with automation frameworks Hybrid DataDriven Page Object Model
Secondary Skills
Understanding of Agile methodologies and working in Scrum teams
