Role & seniority: Mobile Application Test Engineer (junior–mid level) with Japanese language proficiency
Stack/tools: Manual testing; functional, UI, integration, and system testing; defect life cycle; test planning and execution; defect tracking/reporting; collaboration with HQ and VN team
Define test strategy, create test plans and test cases, and execute manual tests for Mobile products (including Automotive)
Conduct functional/UI/integration/system testing; monitor and report defects; maintain defect status with HQ
Learn company processes from senior VN and HQ; work independently or in a team to ensure quality
Japanese language proficiency (N2+)
Strong understanding of manual testing concepts and software/testing processes
Experience with defect life cycle and project life cycle
Logical thinking, problem solving, and high sense of responsibility; ability to work independently or in a team
Experience with mobile/automation contexts (non-mandatory)
Willingness to travel/require onsite work for international projects (Japan)

Study requirements, create test plans, develop test cases and execute manual testing. Perform functional testing, UI testing, integration and system testing. Registering, monitoring, reporting defects; creating, submitting reports and working closely with HQ team to follow up the defect status. Getting trained by senior VN and HQ team members to understand and follow company process. Your Skills and Experience Good at Japanese (N2+) Good in Manual Testing concept, having knowledge of Software and Testing process Experience in Defect Life Cycle and Project Life Cycle Logical thinking and problem solving Ability to work independently, self-directed as well in a team Have a high sense of responsibility
