Role & seniority: Senior QA Lead / Software Tester (QA Automation) with French-language proficiency
Stack/tools: JIRA, ALM; Selenium or similar automation; Postman/ReadyAPI for API testing; Hammer/Cyara for contact center testing; basic scripting (Python/Java/JavaScript); CI/CD awareness; experience with contact center platforms (Genesys, Avaya, Amazon Connect, Cisco)
Lead end-to-end QA for contact center applications across multiple releases/environments; develop and maintain test plans, cases, and scripts
Coordinate manual and automation testing; manage defects lifecycle; collaborate with developers, BAs, and product owners; perform regression/integration/system/UAT testing
Validate multi-channel journeys (IVR, CTI, CRM, call routing, digital channels); ensure regulatory/compliance standards; mentor junior QA; support performance/IVR testing
6–8 years total QA experience, with at least 2 years in a lead role
Strong QA methodologies, SDLC/STLC; experience with contact center tech (IVR, CTI, CRM integration, call routing)
Experience in BFSI domain or regulated environments; defect management (JIRA/ALM)
API/UI automation exposure; basic scripting; working knowledge of cloud contact centers
Excellent communication in a multi-vendor/distributed setup
