Bachelor of Science in EE or related engineering field
IPC-A-610 certification; AS9102 FAIR proficiency
Experience with PCB/PCBA inspection, visual inspection of solder joints, and defect analysis
Familiarity with ESD protocols and use of electronic test equipment
Ability to read electrical schematics and basic troubleshooting
Strong communication with internal teams, suppliers, and customers

Experience with AS9100 QMS processes

Required Education and Experience
