Role & seniority: Experienced QA Engineer (supports cross-team quality function alongside senior QA Engineer)
Stack/tools: Python; testing frameworks (pytest or similar); API testing (Postman, httpx); automated test suites for APIs, backend services, and data pipelines; CI/CD integration (preferred); experience with AI/ML/LLM systems a plus
Build, maintain, and expand automated tests for integration flows, API contracts, and data pipelines
Run regression test suites across pipeline changes and flag quality issues; document test cases and defects
Contribute to test framework and tooling; support release readiness across multiple systems (AI agent pipeline, channel adapters, data services)
3+ years in QA/software testing; strong focus on automated testing
Proficiency in Python and a testing framework (e.g., pytest)

About The Role & Team

We are looking for an Experienced QA Engineer to join the cross-team quality function, working alongside the senior QA engineer to execute and expand the test suites and quality practices across the platform. You will build and maintain automated tests for integration flows, API contracts, and data pipeline outputs, and run regression test suites that catch issues before they reach users. You will test across multiple systems: the AI agent pipeline, channel adapters (MCP, email, collaboration tools), and data services. This role requires a methodical approach to identifying edge cases and a comfort level working across multiple codebases and teams.
What You’ll Do
Execute and expand the test suites and quality practices established by the senior QA engineer Build and maintain automated tests for integration flows, API contracts, and data pipeline outputs Run regression test suites across pipeline changes and flag quality issues Contribute to test framework development and testing tooling
Test across multiple systems: AI agent pipeline, channel adapters (MCP, email, collaboration tools), and data services Document test cases, track defects, and contribute to release readiness assessments
What You Bring
3+ years in QA engineering or software engineering with a testing focus Experience building automated test suites for APIs, backend services, or data pipelines Proficiency in Python and testing frameworks (pytest or similar) Understanding of integration testing and end-to-end test design Attention to detail and a methodical approach to identifying edge cases Comfort working across multiple codebases and teams
