About The Role & Team

We are looking for an Experienced QA Engineer to join the cross-team quality function, working alongside the senior QA engineer to execute and expand the test suites and quality practices across the platform. You will build and maintain automated tests for integration flows, API contracts, and data pipeline outputs, and run regression test suites that catch issues before they reach users. You will test across multiple systems: the AI agent pipeline, channel adapters (MCP, email, collaboration tools), and data services. This role requires a methodical approach to identifying edge cases and a comfort level working across multiple codebases and teams.
What You’ll Do
Execute and expand the test suites and quality practices established by the senior QA engineer Build and maintain automated tests for integration flows, API contracts, and data pipeline outputs Run regression test suites across pipeline changes and flag quality issues Contribute to test framework development and testing tooling
