Role & seniority: Quality Assurance Intern, Summer 2026 (internship)
Stack/tools: Quality management concepts (Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing); MS Office; ability to learn new systems/tools
Assist inspections/tests on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products
Document quality control processes and maintain records of inspections/test results
Identify defects/non-conformities and assist in implementing corrective actions; participate in quality improvement projects
Pursuing a degree in Engineering or related field
Knowledge/experience with assembly or machining
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with quality control principles (a plus)

Prior exposure to Six Sigma/Lean tools

We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Quality Intern to join our Quality Assurance team for Summer 2026. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in quality control processes, learn about industry standards, and contribute to maintaining our commitment to product quality.
Your Responsibilities
Assist in conducting inspections and tests on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products. Help document quality control processes and maintain accurate records of inspections and test results. Support the team in identifying defects and non-conformities, and assist in implementing corrective actions. Participate in quality improvement projects and initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to quality standards. Learn and apply quality management tools and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing).
Who We Are Looking For
Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering or related field. Knowledge or experience with assembly or machining. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with quality control principles and methodologies is a plus. Strong computer skills (MS Office) with an ability to learn new systems and tools Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
