Role & seniority: QA Manager (hands-on + people leadership, 50/50 role)

Job Description This QA Manager will work closely with application engineering teams to embed quality throughout the SDLC. Early on, they will onboard, train, and shadow teams to understand existing workflows, tooling, and quality processes. On a daily basis, they will split time between hands-on testing (manual and automated), managing test execution and reporting, and mentoring engineers on automation frameworks and best practices. They will act as an on-the-ground QA partner, helping standardize testing approaches across teams, ensuring data accuracy and correctness in complex systems, and collaborating cross-functionally in a highly interactive, in-person environment.
This role is onsite 4x a week in Denver
Pay for this position is $135,000 to $162,000 Annually
