Requirements
1 Years of similar experience testing CRM software products (experience in Salesforce environment- advantage) Knowledge of concepts and Methodologies of QA Experience in testing complex processes and integrations with external systems. Experience in managing testing processes according to the development life cycle (SDLC) Experience working in an Agile environment with development teams, product owners, and business analysts Great communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
Certifications Preferred
ISTQB Certification A graduate with a B.Sc. in Computer Science or related fields - advantage
