Conduct formal/system-level testing and debugging of complex automotive-grade hardware/software
Perform hardware and software troubleshooting, including regression testing and software revision control

4+ years in industry; BSc/BEng in Electronic or Computer Engineering (or advanced degree)
Strong systems engineering/testing background for automotive-like systems
Embedded C/C++ and Python programming
Hardware/software troubleshooting proficiency; experience with IAR/Keil/Segger
Experience with Git/Bitbucket/SVN and regression testing
Knowledge of analog/mixed-signal board design and layout; use of spectrum/logic analyzers and oscilloscopes

About the Role
Systems Test Engineer working on cutting edge technology for the next generation of electric cars. This is a contract position with the possibility of going permanent. Fully onsite in Limerick Ireland so candidate must be based nearby. The candidate should have strong, hands on systems testing experience, debugging both hardware and software (mainly python). Previous automotive or battery management systems experience is a plus.

Qualifications
Minimum BSC or BENG in Electronic or Computer Engineering; MSEE or MSCE.
