We are looking for a QA/Test Automation Engineer to join a team of motivated Testers focused on ensuring software quality remains high, delivery timelines are met, and automated testing is built to last. In this hands-on role, you will combine deep technical expertise with a structured approach to quality, supporting engineering and delivery teams in building reliable, well-tested systems.
Your Responsibilities
Design, implementation and maintenance of automated test suites across multiple concurrent projects Execution of end-to-end QA activities including test planning, test design and test execution Contribution to overall test strategy and quality standards within the delivery organisation Close collaboration with engineering and delivery teams to embed quality throughout the development lifecycle Identification, documentation and clear reporting of defects with supporting evidence Integration of automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and support for continuous delivery practices
Your Profile
Strong hands-on background in QA and software testing with proven experience in test automation Solid programming skills in Python (preferred) or Java as an alternative Practical experience with relevant frameworks such as pytest, Playwright, Selenium, Behave or equivalent Technical or engineering degree, or equivalent practical experience Experience working in agile delivery environments alongside software engineers Fluent English, both spoken and written Ownership mindset, reliability and the ability to work independently from day one
Nice to Have ISTQB or equivalent testing certification Background in financial services, digital assets or fintech environments
