Your Role

As a Test Analyst or Test Automation Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the software developed for our clients meets the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include

• Defining a test strategy in collaboration with project team members, ensuring the right test coverage within time and budget constraints.
• Executing structured software testing and reporting on application quality and associated risks to management.
• Providing insights on whether applications are ready for release based on testing outcomes.
• Analyzing documentation (e.g., requirements, specs, stories) to create logical and physical test cases.
• Adapting to changing project circumstances and proactively finding solutions to keep testing ongoing.

Your Profile

Must-haves

• A bachelor's or master's degree in Informatics, Mathematics, or a similar technical field.
• At least 2 years of experience in structured software testing.
• Fluency in Dutch and English
• Strong analytical skills, flexibility, and a focus on quality in everything you do.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in designing creative solutions to overcome testing challenges.
• A proactive and solution-driven mindset.
• Experience within the energy & utilities industry
• Experience with Jira / Xray AND/OR proficiency with test tools such as UFT, Selenium, Appium, Cucumber, and more.
