Key Responsibilities Stakeholder Collaboration Partner closely with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand challenges, gather insights, and ensure alignment with strategic business objectives. Business Requirements Management Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements in collaboration with customer stakeholders, ensuring clarity and completeness. Technical Communication Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, assessing feasibility and efficiency of proposed solutions related to digital payment systems and credit card transaction processing. Testing & Quality Assurance Design and execute comprehensive test scenarios to ensure seamless application functionality Analyze requirements and functional designs to develop effective testing strategies Maintain and continuously improve the test scenarios repository Test Execution & Defect Management Support and actively participate in test execution cycles Collaborate with development teams to identify, track, and resolve defects in test and production environments Utilize tools such as Jira for issue tracking and follow-up UAT & Environment Support Provide support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) environments and maintain testing infrastructure, including test PCs.
