Role & seniority: System Engineer with Verification/Validation focus; 3+ years as System Engineer on complex systems; 1+ year in similar roles (aerospace/real-time software domain).
Stack/tools: Master SE tools – DOORs, Jira, Polarion; testing/verification/validation techniques; English communication; backlog/project planning.
Define/maintain test strategy for system verification and validation; execute test cases.
Develop and maintain product documentation (requirements, specifications, interfaces) and requirements.
Support delivery with clarifications/prioritizations; manage SE schedule, risks, and stakeholder interfaces; contribute to meetings.
Engineering Diploma; 3+ years as System Engineer on complex systems; 1+ year in similar roles.
Experience with DOORs, Jira, Polarion; knowledge of testing/verification/validation.

Engineering Diploma 1+ years’ experience in similar positions on projects delivering complex software-centric real-time systems 3+ years’ experience as System Engineer on complex system Experience in the ATM Domain and Air Traffic Management standards eg. ICAO, Eurocontrol (nice to have) Proven capability to manage various stakeholders having different objectives Proven capability to work in a multi-cultural environment and with variety of international customers Experience in managing backlog priorities and project planning
Master System Engineering tools like: DOORs, Jira, Polarion Aptitude to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary integrated team environment Knowledge of testing, verification and validation techniques ISTQB certification - is a plus Positive attitude combined with excellent interpersonal and motivational skills Sound judgement and independent decision-making capability where necessary Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
