Job overview Ross Video is seeking a highly skilled automation professional to become a domain expert in our Enterprise Management control systems. This pivotal role contributes to product quality by expanding test coverage, driving automation efficiency, and collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle. You’ll develop and lead robust automation frameworks while scripting and executing automated tests in an agile/scrum environment. You’ll contribute to the maintenance, management, and growth of system lab environments.

What the job is all about

• Automation Strategy and Execution
• Lead testing initiatives and oversee all test automation activities.
• Design and develop comprehensive test automation plans and test cases.
• Write clear, collaborative test plans and engage the entire team to align on what is being tested (and what is not), fostering shared ownership of quality.
• Test Environment and Tools
• Build, maintain, and improve automation software and frameworks.
• Execute automated tests regularly and produce detailed reports
• Support the setup and maintenance of the automation test environment.
• Agile Collaboration
• Contribute to design discussions and work closely with development teams in an agile/scrum environment.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams as needed.
