Salary: $19 - $35 / hour
Role & seniority: Technician (entry to mid-level); 1+ year testing/inspection experience preferred.
Stack/tools: Destructive/non-destructive testing per ATP/QTP; test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, environmental chambers); basic electronic test gear; mechanical measuring tools (micrometers, calipers); hand and small power tools; MS Office; PPE for lab work.
Conduct complex testing (destructive and non-destructive) per written procedures (ATP/QTP) and interpret dimensional drawings.
Design verification and acceptance testing of pyrotechnic and electronic products; review system-level ATPs for electrical devices.
Troubleshoot, calibrate, and adjust test equipment, components, and systems; replace parts as needed; assist with IT project-based activities; participate in process improvement and 5S activities.
Must-have skills: 1+ year testing/inspection experience; ability to use basic electronic test equipment (voltmeters, current meters, oscilloscope); familiarity with mechanical measuring tools (micrometers, calipers); ability to read drawings; strong factual/timely documentation; ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs; HS diploma or equivalent.
Nice-to-haves: AS in related field or military experience; prior experience with environmental chambers; familiarity with IT project-based work; prior exposure to ITAR/export control considerations.

The Technician conducts complex destructive and non-destructive testing in accordance with written procedures such as Acceptance Test Procedures (ATPs) or Qualification Test Procedures (QTPs). This position also requires the ability to interpret dimensional drawings and perform test setups. Responsible for design verification and acceptance testing of pyrotechnic and electronic products.
Must be familiar with test equipment (i.e.: oscilloscopes, multimeters, environmental chambers). Reviews system-level Acceptance Test Procedures for electrical devices. Troubleshooting, calibration and adjustments to test equipment, components, and systems. Correct malfunctions by adjusting or replacing parts or components Use small hand and power tools along with various measuring and testing devices. Perform appropriate duties associated with specialized IT project-based activities. Participate in process improvement meetings and team 5S activities. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications 1 year+ of testing and/or mechanical inspection. Knowledge in the use of basic electronic test equipment (volt meters, current meters, O-scopes). Basic mechanical measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.) and hand tools. Familiarity with MS office products.
