Performance Testing & Engineering Lead
Design, develop, and execute performance, load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests for mobile and web applications. Evaluate application performance under various network conditions, including 3G/4G/5G, Wi-Fi, and low-bandwidth environments (common in field-service and dealer locations).
Identify performance bottlenecks in front-end, API, and backend layers. Analyze logs, server metrics, and APM dashboards to pinpoint root causes. Provide detailed test reports with actionable recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with developers, DevOps engineers, and architects to fine-tune system performance.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
Participate in performance test planning and requirements discussions with product owners and stakeholders. Recommend improvements to architecture, caching strategy, and load distribution. Develop and maintain performance test scripts, frameworks, and reusable components.
