The Role

Supervises employees who test and/or inspect products to determine compliance with specifications.

Must Have

Apprentice graduate, Bachelor's Degree or equivalent and 4 years of applicable technical experience. OR Related Apprentice certification (i.e. NDT, Dimensional Control) & 0 Years. Master's degree and 2 years relevant experience.

4 years of related exempt experience can be substituted for Bachelor's degree. 8 years related non-exempt experience can be substituted for Bachelor's degree and experience.

Nice to Have

Must be able to obtain and maintain a minimum of a Confidential DoD Security Clearance.

The candidate should have a Mechanical Inspection or Machinist background.
