UAT QA Manager

Description
DSI is searching for a UAT QA Manager who will be responsible for planning, tracking and reporting the progress of User acceptance testing activities.
The candidate must have a thorough understanding of the SDLC and Software Quality
Assurance concepts and best practices. (8) years of experience in software testing. Also, the candidate must have proven working knowledge of testing methodologies and be able to manage defects and develop QA metrics. Client/Mercury Quality Center experience is required for this position. Mainframe programming, scripting or experience in test automation a plus.
Responsibilities
Run daily Defect triage meeting. Well versed with Jira and Xray. Report the progress of UAT. Drive and report Interface and integration testing. Manage the UAT schedule. Conflict resolution.
Requirements
5 years of experience with Software Testing techniques, methodologies and defect management required. 5 years of Jira and X Ray experience required. 5 years of experience testing web applications in AWS required. 5 years of experience creating test plans, developing test scenarios, and creating QA metrics and reports required. 5 years of experience facilitating and organizing test execution of test cases/scripts in a proficient manner required. Ability to work closely with other teams, facilitate meetings and be able to interact with both technical and business team members. Working knowledge of supporting protocols that support software development efforts for mainframe and distributed environments. Proficient in Software Testing techniques, methodologies and defect management. Should know to run daily defect triage meetings and reporting. In-depth knowledge developing test strategies and test plans for large complex systems. Expert with creating test plans, developing test scenarios, and creating QA metrics and reports. Demonstrated skills in facilitating and organizing test execution of test cases/scripts in a proficient manner. Ability to identify gaps in test coverage to meet business requirements/needs.
