General Context
They are likely looking for a full time engineer for a 1 year term, but the budget/duration is being confirmed. This is more of a staff aug type position where they need an additional LoadRunner resource who is helping them work down their back-log and support new internal customer project demands for performance testing of apps (COTs and homegrown). This resource will be heavily grinding on script enhancements and new script writing. They require someone with solid experience and doesn t have to learn/research on-the-job here.

Infra monitoring primarily Splunk and Dynatrace (experience with Loadrunner integration with these solutions) use these solutions today to help with workload identification of apps deployed in production to help inform testing loads
