Strong Capital Markets domain experience (trade lifecycle, clearing & settlement, brokerage ops, wealth mgmt)

Deep understanding of SDLC/STLC and QA best practices

Proven Agile/Scrum experience

Required Skills
10+ years of experience in functional, system, and integration testing. Strong experience in the Capital Markets domain including trade lifecycle, clearing & settlement, brokerage operations, or wealth management platforms. Expertise in analyzing requirements, creating test scenarios, and executing complex workflows. Strong understanding of SDLC/STLC processes and QA best practices. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools - JIRA & qTest). Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
Pershing product knowledge (e.g., NetX360, NetXInvestor, clearing/custody platforms). Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Testim or similar. Knowledge of SQL for validation/testing of backend data.
