Top 3 responsibilities
Lead QA/QC for the Digital Publishing team; establish and maintain quality standards, best practices, and documentation
Perform hands-on QA/QC across digital deliverables (AEM content, Hearsay content, forms, emails, social posts, landing pages, microsites); conduct ADA accessibility and cross-browser/device testing
Create/manage QA checklists and testing protocols; train and coach team; collaborate with authors, developers, and project managers; drive process improvements; own QA for client websites
Must-have skills
Expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
Strong QA/QC experience in digital publishing; high attention to detail and copywriting skills
Solid understanding of ADA/WCAG compliance; ability to coordinate with marketing/web/design teams
Excellent communication; prior management or coaching experience preferred
Nice-to-haves
Familiarity with Hearsay, Adobe Target, OneTrust, DAM platforms, Workfront, Stensul
Knowledge of usability, responsive design best practices
Ability to manage multiple concurrent reviews/deadlines in a fast-paced environment
