Digital Publishing QA/QC Lead
Seeking a detail-oriented Digital Publishing QA/QC Lead to oversee and execute quality control and assurance for our digital publishing operations. This role ensures that all digital assets—including web pages, forms, social posts, emails, and marketing content—are error-free, compliant with brand and accessibility standards (ADA), and function flawlessly across platforms. This individual will also support the QA/QC team, provide training, and maintain up-to-date ADA compliance standards while owning quality assurance for client. Responsibilities Serve as the lead QA/QC resource for the Digital Publishing team, establishing and maintaining quality standards and best practices. Perform hands-on QA/QC for digital deliverables, including AEM content, Hearsay content, Adobe Target, forms, social posts, emails, landing pages, and microsites, leveraging the tools and 3rd party AI tools. Conduct accessibility (ADA) and browser/device testing to ensure compliance and consistency. Create and manage QA documentation, checklists, and testing protocols. Provide feedback and training to team members to improve quality and efficiency. Collaborate closely with authors, developers, and project managers to resolve issues quickly. Keep current with ADA standards, changes/updates, and provide materials and training for the team. Own and manage quality assurance for client. Participate in ongoing process improvement to enhance digital publishing workflows and testing efficiency. May be asked to perform authoring tasks as needed.
