Manage validation planning and execution for engine and vehicle builds.

Perform EV vehicle testing, troubleshooting, and related OTA/OTI and electrical tests; ensure issue containment and permanent correction.
Must-have skills

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or engineering technology; at least 5 years in product vehicle testing.

Expert-level experience with CANalyzer, Somat, and Dewsoft.

CDL license to drive school bus and heavy trucks; strong understanding of commercial class 8 fleet trucks and on-highway norms.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with INCA and CAN-based data links/protocols.

Knowledge of DoT requirements; ability to troubleshoot in ambiguous environments; strong communication skills.

Responsible for EV vehicle testing and troubleshooting. Expert in OTA, OTI & electrical testing. Manages validation planning and execution including engine and vehicle builds. Expert working on heavy trucks class 5 & 8 Must require CDL license to drive school bus and heavy truck.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Engineering Technology At least 5 years of experience in product vehicle testing. Desired Skills
Aptitude for troubleshooting issues in an ambiguous environment. Ability to identify root cause, contain, and permanently correct engineering issues. EV and/or Diesel experience is highly preferred. Strong communication skills in-person, on the phone, and by email. Well-versed in commercial class 8 fleet trucks, trailers, and on-highway norms. Knowledgeable of DoT requirements. Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Familiar with Calibration tools like INCA and Canalyzer. Familiar with performing software updates with service tools like Cummins InSIte, SDS, or other service tools. Familiar with CAN based data links and communication protocols. Flexible and adaptable in a rapidly changing environment.
