We are seeking an experienced ASIC IP Verification Infrastructure Engineer to support a high-impact semiconductor design and verification environment. This role focuses on maintaining and optimizing automation frameworks that power large-scale ASIC verification flows.
This is a long-term W2 contract opportunity based in Austin, TX.
Please note: This opportunity is strictly W2 only. No C2C or 1099 arrangements will be considered.
Maintain and enhance verification infrastructure and build flows for ASIC IP environments
Manage version control systems including Git and Perforce (P4), including repository structure and branching strategy
Support and optimize logic simulation flows using Synopsys VCS and Verdi
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for hardware regression and lint workflows using Jenkins or GitLab CI
Automate environment setup and data processing using Python, Perl, and Bash
Manage compute resources using LSF or Slurm job schedulers
Optimize storage utilization for large simulation and regression environments
Collaborate with global teams to ensure build reliability and regression health
Strong experience in ASIC or semiconductor design environment
Hands-on experience with verification infrastructure, design automation, or build flow ownership
Deep knowledge of Git and Perforce repository management
Experience with Synopsys VCS and Verdi
CI/CD implementation experience in hardware or ASIC environment
Strong scripting expertise in Python, Perl, and Shell
Experience managing compute farm, cluster, or job scheduler systems
Experience creating internal dashboards or reporting tools
Exposure to regression metrics tracking
Experience working across global teams
