Role & seniority: Quality Engineer (Measurement Systems) – mid-level (2–5 years)
Stack/tools: Minitab, JMP, Excel; metrology equipment (micrometers, calipers, CMMs, etc.); GD&T knowledge desirable
Plan and execute Gauge R&R studies (repeatability and reproducibility) for various measurement systems
Perform statistical analysis to evaluate measurement system variation and generate reports
Lead improvement initiatives, develop corrective actions, and document results for audit/traceability
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related)
2–5 years in quality engineering or similar role focusing on measurement systems and Gauge R&R
Proficiency with statistical analysis tools (Minitab, JMP, Excel)
Experience with calibration/validation and metrology equipment
GD&T understanding (desirable)
Experience with measurement system calibration/qualification processes
Ability to collaborate with quality engineers, production, and suppliers; strong data collection and reporting capabilities
