Summary/Objective
In this role, you will take ownership of the program-level Signal Integrity (SI) validation strategy, driving standardization across projects and teams. The Senior SI Test Engineer will mentor fellow engineers, lead root-cause analysis activities, and ensure that test execution is repeatable and traceable across multiple labs. You'll be at the forefront of developing best practices, empowering your team, and maintaining the highest standards for testing consistency and reliability.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities
Define program-level SI validation strategy Standardize methods and reporting Lead root-cause analysis activities Mentor engineers on problem-solving approaches Establish correlation strategies and metrics Drive automation/reporting standardization Approve significant test plans and acceptance criteria; ensure cross-lab repeatability Ensure traceability across equipment, setups, and data utilizing appropriate and approved systems Author technical documentation and validation summaries for internal and external audiences The responsibilities as defined are intended to serve as a general guideline for this position. Preferred Experience
