As the Director of Security Testing and Validation, you will drive the next evolution of penetration testing by leading advanced security assessments across critical applications, platforms, and emerging AI protocols.
In this role, you will spearhead the adoption of GenAI-powered testing capabilities, building scalable tools, custom AI agents, and automated frameworks that enhance coverage and effectiveness. You will architect and integrate AI‑driven testing into CI/CD pipelines, validate zero‑day vulnerabilities, and stay ahead of emerging threats.

Lead penetration testing activities across critical applications and platforms Support and enable the organization’s penetration testing transformation by introducing GenAI-driven capabilities that improve scale, coverage, and effectiveness of existing security testing programs. Build and scale GenAI-powered penetration testing tools, frameworks including the development of custom scripts and AI agents . Design and implement systems to detect, test, and exploit security weaknesses in MCP (Model Context Protocol). Validate and assess zero-day vulnerabilities Integrate AI-driven pentesting into CI/CD and SDLC workflows. Assess emerging AI and protocol-level threats and incorporate them into standardized testing frameworks. Collaborate across organizations and teams to identify opportunities to reduce recurring security issues. Offer hands-on mentorship and peer guidance Manage a team of Analysts/Engineers or lead cross-functional efforts, as required
To Succeed In This Role
You'll have a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in information security, computer science, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in application security, threat modelling and remediation practices. Extensive experience in penetration testing, AI security assessments, and application security testing using DAST and SAST. Strong understanding of secure SDLC principles, OWASP Top 10, SANS CWE, and modern secure development practices. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is USD $105,600.00 - USD $282,600.00 / Year*
Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state and local laws.
