Develop and optimize subsystem-level DVPs in collaboration with requirements teams. Develop and calibrate battery diagnostics based on system requirements and meet OBD release requirements at appropriate program milestones. Develop OBD system and/ or HV System Validation procedures that align with internal requirements and external government regulations. Perform and review DVP&R (Design Verification Plan and Report) before validation and define test protocols and test tools if needed. Analyze large and complex mapping datasets to identify and resolve system-level issues related to BPCM OBD calibration. Root cause analysis and data collection, applying structured problem-solving techniques (5Y, Fishbone diagrams). Work cross-functionally with development teams, powertrain controls, and vehicle integration teams to deliver solutions that meet program goals. Report vehicle issues discovered during validation to appropriate issue management tracking systems. Lead and participate in review meetings with internal and external stakeholders. Coordinate and participate in corrective action meetings to drive improvements through calibration and software updates. Generate technical reports and documentation to support calibration and validation activities. Provide data (CAN, INCA) and CDA (Chrysler Diagnostic Application) scans to facilitate issue reporting. Conduct vehicle flashing and triage activities to ensure software bundles are current and validation ready.
