Partner with FW, Radio, MAC, and Systems engineering leadership to develop comprehensive test strategies. Oversee development of white box FW test cases and automation frameworks. Direct creation of pre-silicon and post-silicon reference board test setups. Establish quality metrics and KPIs to measure testing effectiveness. Review and approve test plans, reports, and defect analyses. Serve as quality advocate in cross-functional meetings, communicating test status and risks. Guide team in debugging complex issues and provide technical escalation support.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
