At Nissan Financial Services (NFS), we’re powering the next chapter of transformation across our business systems. We’re looking for an experienced Tester to help ensure that what we deliver is reliable, secure, and exceptional for our customers.
This role is primarily focussed on our Contract Management System (CMS) replacement project, one of NFS’s most significant initiatives, but will also include other ongoing strategic business initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the successful rollout of key business platforms that underpin how we support customers and dealers across Australia and New Zealand.
Your Opportunity
As a Tester, you’ll play a hands-on role in validating the quality and functionality of the new CMS platform, as well as, on other related systems.
Reporting to the Test Lead, you’ll collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Vendor teams to design, execute, and report on test activities that ensure seamless performance and integration across systems.
This is a role for someone who’s detail-oriented, methodical, and thrives in an environment where continuous improvement and teamwork are valued.
What You’ll Do
Develop and review test plans, test cases, and test data aligned to business requirements and user stories. Execute manual test cases, record results, and raise defects as needed. Support defect triage and ensure all test evidence is accurately documented. Collaborate with business and technical teams to clarify requirements and ensure test coverage. Participate in all testing phases. system, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Identify test automation opportunities and contribute to improving testing practices and frameworks.
What You’ll Bring
Experience in different test types (system, integration, regression, UAT) in large IT implementation projects. Experience within finance, lending, or contract management systems (advantageous). Working knowledge of agile and iterative methodologies. Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, Zephyr, TestRail). Exposure to automation tools such as Tosca (desirable). Relevant tertiary qualification in IT, Business Systems, or related field. ISTQB Foundation certification preferred but not mandatory.
