Roles and Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales quota for Enterprise SaaS; Deliver against defined revenue and ARR targets
  • Hunter mindset – driven to find new logos and consistently grow the business
  • Generate new leads by effectively utilizing multiple channels including cold calls, referrals, events, emails, networking, social media, etc.
  • Build and manage opportunity pipeline; Research prospects and follow-up on all leads
  • Collaborate with Demand Generation and Marketing teams to improve lead flow and quality
  • Learn to position Qyrus, its benefits and how it addresses customer needs, differentiating the product from the competition, and focusing value delivered
  • Conduct platform demonstrations as needed to increase prospect interest.
  • Develop and present proposals to prospects
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from demand creation, customer engagement to contract. Ensure internal CRM systems are updated
  • Candidate Profile – Experience and desired competencies
  • 5+ yrs of experience with proven track record of success in SaaS Selling -DevOps or automation testing platform
  • Should have Automation Testing platform sales background
  • Follow industry trends; Grasp of competitors’ services and range of solutions
  • CRM tool/platform understanding for pipeline tracking & reporting
  • Energetic, Aggressive, Tech Savvy, Self driven and highly motivated
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills
