3 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant on Salesforce projects. 2+ years of experience working with public-sector clients or programs (state, local, or federal). Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Public Sector Solutions. Strong skills in process modeling, user story creation, and requirements documentation. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and Azure DevOps. Familiarity with Configuration-based requirements
Preferred Skills And Experience
