We are looking for a skilled Performance Tester with hands-on experience in LoadRunner (Micro Focus Performance Center) and SAP performance testing. The ideal candidate will design, execute, and analyze performance tests to ensure SAP applications meet performance, scalability, and reliability requirements under expected workloads.
Design and develop performance test scripts using LoadRunner / Performance Center for SAP modules (ECC, S/4HANA, Fiori, etc.). Identify, design, and implement performance test scenarios based on business requirements and user workflows. Conduct end-to-end performance, load, stress, and endurance testing for SAP systems. Monitor and analyze system performance metrics (CPU, memory, DB response times, network latency, etc.) during test execution. Collaborate with SAP Basis, functional, and infrastructure teams to identify bottlenecks and optimize system performance. Prepare detailed test reports and provide performance improvement recommendations. Maintain and enhance performance testing frameworks, scripts, and test data. Participate in performance tuning and root cause analysis sessions. Ensure alignment with SLAs and non-functional requirements.
5+ years of experience in performance testing with a focus on LoadRunner. Proven experience in SAP performance testing (SAP GUI, Web, Fiori, or S/4HANA).
