Role: UAT Automation Tester with Banking exp

Location: Columbus, OH & Wilmington, DE

Duration: Long term contract

Mandatory Skills: Automation, Selenium, Mobile Testing, Java, Cucumber, Jenkins, Sql, Banking domain.

Experience with functional testing automation tools (Selenium, Java, Cucumber, Python) and with API test automation (Rest Assured, SoapUI, Postman) Proficient in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle

Proficient knowledge and experience in the following tools: Gradle, Maven, Git, Bit bucket, JIRA, Confluence, qTest, JMeter/Load Runner Strong knowledge of contact center operations, digital banking workflows, and backend banking systems. Experience with enterprise tools such as CCaaS, Operations Desktop, and Admin Tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to trace defects across multiple systems. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies and defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM, etc.). Understanding of UAT best practices, test data management, and end-user validation processes.
