🚀 Exciting Opportunity – Linguist & Software QA - Spanish🚀

We are hiring for a Linguist & Software QA position with one of our leading technology clients. If you have a passion for languages, AI/ML systems, and software quality assurance, this could be the perfect role for you!

📍 Location: Plano, TX

💼 Duration: 12+ months (possible extension)

💰 Pay Rate: $30–$35/hr (W2 – all inclusive)

🕐 Schedule: Day shift (M–F, 40 hours/week)

✨ What You’ll Do

• Improve ASR/Bixby speech & translation models
• Drive Spanish NMT translation improvements
• Conduct usability testing across platforms
• Collaborate with engineers, UX designers, and product teams
• Work on QA test plans, prompt evaluation, and AI feature validation
• Support continuous automation & optimization in QA processes

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Strong English + Spanish (business proficiency preferred)
• Experience in QA, NLP/ML systems, or mobile/telecom
• Ability to write code/scripts for testing ASR/Bixby models
• Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, NLP metrics (BLEU, TER, COMET)
• 1–3 years in software development (BS/MS in CS/Engineering required)
