This position is ideal for an experienced QA professional who wants to guide a group of skilled testers while remaining technically involved in manual and automation testing within a cloud-based environment. You’ll collaborate closely with development, product, and DevOps teams to ensure the highest product quality across iOS, Android, and Web platforms. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of Mobile and Web QA engineers, fostering technical growth and team excellence. Plan, design, and oversee manual and automation test strategies across mobile and web applications. Define and enforce QA processes, standards, and best practices to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery. Oversee the creation and maintenance of test documentation (STP, STD, STR). Manage test planning, execution, and reporting across multiple projects and releases. Drive test automation initiatives, collaborating with developers to expand test coverage and reliability. Coordinate testing across Android, iOS, and cross-platform environments using cloud-based infrastructure. Collaborate closely with development, product, and DevOps teams to integrate quality into every phase of the lifecycle. Provide hands-on support in complex testing scenarios, including API, integration, and performance testing. Identify process bottlenecks, suggest improvements, and lead their implementation.
Requirements 5+ years of experience in software testing (manual and automation), including 3+ years in Mobile QA. 2+ years of proven leadership experience, mentoring or managing QA engineers.
