We are a team to design, develop, maintain, and improve software for various ventures projects, i.e., projects that are adjacent to our core businesses and are bootstrapped fast with a lean team. You will be actively involved in the design of various components behind scalable applications, from frontend UI to backend infrastructure.

Job Summary The QA Manager will lead the Quality Assurance team to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products that meet customer expectations and comply with industry standards. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience in software testing and quality processes. The QA Manager will collaborate across cross-functional teams to define quality strategies, enforce best practices, and drive continuous improvement

Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and manage the QA team, fostering a culture of quality, collaboration, and innovation Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies and quality plans aligned with organizational goals Oversee the planning, design, and execution of various types of testing, including functional, regression, performance, security, and automation testing Collaborate closely with Product, Development teams to integrate quality practices into the development lifecycle Define QA metrics, monitor test coverage, defect rates, and test execution to measure quality and identify areas for improvement Drive the adoption and improvement of test automation frameworks and tools to accelerate testing cycles and improve accuracy Establish and enforce standard testing methodologies, policies, and documentation best practices Manage QA resources, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize testing efforts based on risk, impact, and business needs Lead efforts for CI/CD pipeline integration, ensuring automated testing supports agile development and frequent releases Stay current with emerging QA trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance the team’s capabilities Handle escalations related to quality issues and participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions

Required Qualifications Experience with test automation frameworks and scripting languages (Python, Java, JavaScript) Knowledge of blockchain and cryptocurrency application testing is advantageous Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerized environments Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Strong verbal and written communication skills in English & Chinese is a must
