The AIML Quality Program team is seeking a QA Engineer to help us ensure that our products, like Siri exceed our customer expectations. Think beyond what features are supposed to do and creatively seek ways to measure the qualitative experiences. You will ultimately be responsible for understanding how well our products work, advocating for critical changes, representing how they'll be experienced by our customers. We are a nimble, fast-paced team that relies heavily on a tight relationship between Engineering, Program management and Quality Engineering. DESCRIPTION
In this position you will need to be self-motivated with strong technical and interpersonal skills. Day to day tasks will involve hands-on adversarial testing of iOS, iPadOS, watchOS, tvOS, and visionOS applications. In addition to manual testing, responsibilities will include design and implementation of test plans and test cases, risk analysis, customer impact analysis, cross-functional testing coordination, and integration testing across the system.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
4+ years of proven experience in manual Software Quality Assurance Demonstrated excellence in hands-on, creative manual testing An enthusiasm for customer-focused design and high-quality technology Creative thinker and strong problem solver with meticulous attention to detail. Highly organized, self-motivated, and passionate about achieving results. Passion for debugging difficult problems and driving results with cross-functional teams. Excellent communication skills are a requirement due to the high level of interaction with engineering teams, management, and other organizations within Apple. BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
