The WatchOS QA team is seeking a QA Engineer to help us ensure that our Watch experience is rock-solid and customer-focused. DESCRIPTION
In this position you will need to be self-motivated with strong technical and interpersonal skills. Day to day tasks will involve functional testing of iOS and watchOS applications, with a focus on watch faces and complications, sometimes across concurrent release vectors. Your responsibilities will include design and implementation of test plans and test cases, risk analysis, cross- functional testing coordination, and integration testing across the system.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
BS in Computer Science or equivalent recent on-the-job experience in Software QA.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Passionate about Quality Assurance, Watch Faces, and Complications. An enthusiasm for customer-focused design, and high-quality technology. Passion for debugging difficult problems and driving results with multi-functional teams. Creative thinker and strong problem solver with meticulous attention to detail. Proven experience in Software Quality Assurance creating test plans for new products and features. At ease and adaptable in a dynamic and informal atmosphere. Excellent communication skills are a requirement due to the high level of interaction with engineering teams, management, and other organizations within Apple.
