Full Description

Responsibilities

Assist Testing Manager to define and implement comprehensive test strategy, plans, outlining
the approach, scope, resources, timelines, and deliverables for testing the new systems.
Work with Product Owner/ Business Analyst to understand business, functional and non functional requirements in cards domain and translate into Requirement Traceability Matrix.
Produce test cases, test scripts, test data and entry/exit criteria , covering SIT (System Integration Testing), E2E (End to End) regression testing, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), scheme certification testing, security, performance, production readiness testing and live test.
Coordinate UAT with business users and obtain acceptance sign off
Manage execution of test cases, track test progress, monitor defects, coordinate re testing,
ensure fixes, report test status of all testing phases (functional, integration, UAT, Non Functional Test, Data Migration)
Manage defects logging, triaging, escalation of defects, trend analysis and closure of defects
to meet quality gates.
Document, categorize, and prioritize defects, ensuring timely communication to development
teams/ vendor for resolution and retesting.
Ensure the system is production ready, leads the live proving / pilot phase, monitors the post go live issues, supports deployment and warranty period.

Requirement

BA BSc Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Possess good interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with others
Knowledge and experience in both card issuing and acquiring processes is highly preferred
Hands on certification testing experience across all major card schemes (Mastercard, Visa,
American Express, JCB, UnionPay) is essential, including proficiency with scheme simulators such as the Mastercard Test Simulator, Visa VTS, and the certification simulators for Amex, JCB and UnionPay.
Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
Possess good working attitude, pro active, resourceful and is a self starter
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel PowerPoint, Jira
Able to work well in a team as well as independently
Experience in large scale systems testing and proficiency in both manual and automated
testing processes
