Key Responsibilities
Assist in the design and validation of hardware components for broadband access devices. Support lab testing, debugging, and performance analysis of prototypes and production units. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including RF, mechanical, software, and manufacturing engineers. Perform schematic reviews, PCB layout checks, and hardware bring-up activities. Document test results, design changes, and engineering reports. Participate in design reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Strong understanding of electronic circuits, signal integrity, and basic RF principles. Familiarity with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and multimeters. Exposure to broadband technologies such as DOCSIS, GPON, LTE/5G, or Wi-Fi is a plus. Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced engineering environment.
