Compensation and terms (summary)
Are you prepared to join an outstanding team that is at the forefront of advanced technology? If you are a driven and experienced V&V engineer looking for a chance to contribute to top-tier Laser Directed Energy Weapon (LDEW) systems, then we have the ideal position for you!
Salary: Up to £57,000 depending on experience
Dynamic (hybrid) working: 2-3 days per week on-site due to workload classification
Security Clearance: British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.
Company bonus: Up to £2,500 (based on company performance and will vary year to year)
Pension: maximum total (employer and employee) contribution of up to 14%

The V & V lead will need to co-ordinate the work packages for both internal and external suppliers to develop certification strategies for the physical domain. Working with RMO's and DAs to ensure that DVP's have appropriate coverage.
This role will be focused on the physical certification aspects of the systems. Although an understanding of how these sub-systems work will also be required to support product delivery.
