What You Will Do
Carrying out product safety tests and assessments for new products. Checking and interpreting measurement data and test results and processing them in test reports. Drawing up test programs and preliminary calculations as input for quotations.
As a Product Safety Test Engineer, you will be responsible for reviewing test results with customers and keeping your own knowledge up to date about regulations and applicable standards. You work closely with the rest of the Metering & Protection & Substation Automation team, and be the primary point of contact for customers.

What You Bring
Completed MBO+ / HBO working and thinking level in electrical or Electronic Engineering. Knowledge of basic or group product safety standards (e.g., IEC 60664-1, IEC 60364, IEC 61010-1, EC 62477-1) and/or product safety standards IEC 62052-31 or IEC 60255-27. Able to read diagrams and schematics of electronic circuits.
