IT Delivery Specialist – Qatari Nationals Only (17436) Some careers prize diversity more than others.

The role is primarily responsible for supporting IT services in the country and coordinating/driving key initiatives with the Technology function. The holder of the job needs to display adequate knowledge across the domains and be able to collaborate with support teams ensuring timely resolution on new implementations and have oversight of regulatory demands, IT systems and risks across IT.
In this role you will be

To maintain close coordination with Central teams for all aspects of operations, technology and compliance management in respect to IT.

To build and maintain close working relationship with business stakeholders and Service owners

To demonstrate analytical thinking, sound judgment, critical analysis, attention to detail and provide value-added advice

To assist in the identification and registering of risk items across different IT domains and effectively manage, track audit points, MSII’s, dispensations, risk acceptances.

To coordinate regulatory responses with central teams, Business and other teams consultancy papers and other regulatory submissions

To engage with Central IT teams, Line of Business and Function and Central Bank teams.

To engage stakeholders to obtain a deeper understanding of their business and responsibility, their requirements and the impacts of the services and products

To maintain relationships and coordinate key Projects with different IT domains, Risk, Finance.
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements

University Graduate with five years or more experience in IT domain.

Stakeholder management skills

Experience of working in a banking environment and change projects

Evidence of strong communication and influencing skills

Good verbal and written communication skills

PMP training or certification - Optional

Understanding of finance is an advantage.
